Your store, run properly, while you work on the business.

Stock counts, order problems, customer emails and supplier chasing fill the week before anything else gets done. We take on the daily running of the store, with written procedures and numbers you can check.

Who this is for

Whether you sell from one website or across several channels, the daily work is stock, orders and customers. Where that work happens is different, so we treat them separately.

What we actually do

Stock you can trust
We reconcile stock across your site, marketplaces and warehouse, then set reorder points from real sales. You stop running out of best sellers and stop paying to store slow ones.
Orders that do not need you
Routine orders go through without anyone touching them. We handle the exceptions: failed payments, address problems, split shipments and courier claims.
Customer service to a standard
We answer the inbox to the response times and tone you agree, with saved replies for common questions and anything that needs your decision passed to you. Repeat complaints feed back into product pages and processes.
Suppliers and logistics
Purchase orders, delivery chasing, 3PL and courier queries. Someone keeps track of what is due in and tells you early when it will be late.
Weekly numbers
Sales, margin, stock cover, returns and customer service volume in one short weekly report, so you can see how the store is doing without logging into five systems.

How an engagement runs

  1. Shadow and map

Two weeks. We watch how the store runs today, list every recurring task, and note where time and money leak.

  2. Hand over

We take on tasks in agreed batches, each with a written procedure, so nothing drops while responsibility moves across.

  3. Run

Daily operations against agreed standards: order turnaround, response time, stock accuracy. A weekly report and a short call.

  4. Improve

Once the basics run smoothly, we fix the causes of repeat work: unclear product pages, slow suppliers, manual steps software can do.

How the return works

Handing over the daily running of a store pays back in two ways: the hours it frees for the owner, and the money that stops leaking through stockouts, overstock and slow replies.

Say an owner spends 20 hours a week on orders, stock and the inbox. If those hours go into new products, wholesale accounts or marketing instead, they only need to produce a modest amount of extra profit each month to cover the cost of handing the work over.

Take a best seller that sells 10 units a day at £15 margin. If it is out of stock for two weeks a year, that is 140 lost sales and £2,100 of margin, before counting the customers who bought elsewhere and did not come back. Reorder points set from real sales prevent most of it.

Overstock costs too. £20,000 of slow stock sitting for a year ties up cash and adds storage fees. Bringing stock cover down to what actually sells frees that money for the things that grow the business.

Worked examples with assumed figures, for illustration. Before you commit we run the same sums with your own sales, stock and hours, so you can judge whether handing over is worth it.

Questions we get asked

What does e-commerce management cover?

The recurring work that keeps the store running and that you would rather not do yourself. Usually orders, stock, customer service, suppliers and product uploads. We agree a written list up front, so both sides know exactly what is ours and what stays with you.

Do we lose control of our store?

No. You keep ownership of every account, and decisions about pricing, products and spending stay with you. We follow written procedures, log what we do, and ask before doing anything outside them.

Which platforms do you work with?

Mostly Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon, plus marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy, and the stock, courier and helpdesk tools around them. If you use something else, tell us and we will say honestly whether we know it well enough.

Can you cover customers in other time zones?

Yes. We have run operations for a Tokyo-based company selling into Western markets, with customer service working across the time difference. We agree response times that suit your customers, not our office hours.

How do we know it is working?

We agree standards before we start: order turnaround, response time, stock accuracy. The weekly report shows each one, so you can check them yourself rather than take our word for it.

Find out what you could hand over.

Tell us how the store runs today and roughly how many orders you handle. We will reply with what we would take on first and the time it would free up.
