Your business, joined up and run by AI.

Adverts, enquiries, stock, quotes and follow-ups usually sit in separate tools, waiting for someone to get to them. We connect them and put an AI trained on how you work in charge of the routine. It never clocks off; you still make the calls.

An illustration of one week: the same enquiries reach both sides. Your AI handles the routine work; you approve anything that matters.

    How it fits together

Every part reports to your AI, and your AI passes the work on. Pick a moment to watch it happen, or any part to see what it takes off your desk.

    Watch it work:
    1. 1The last one sells, and the next order to the supplier is drafted.
    2. 2Adverts for it pause, so you stop paying for clicks you can't fill.
    3. 3When it's back, everyone who asked gets an email.

How the parts pass work to each other in a system we build for you.

Pick any part to see what it does for you, and what it takes off someone's desk.

    • Running for clients
    • Built, launching soon
    • We build it for you

    What changes for you

Nothing waits for someone to be in
Each part acts the moment something happens, at 2am or on a bank holiday, and tells the others.
You stop paying for what you can't sell
Adverts follow your stock and your diary, so spend goes where there's work to fill.
You see what brings in the work
Every enquiry and sale is traced back to where it came from, in one place.

    How we put yours together

We start where you lose the most money and connect the rest one part at a time. Not sure where that is? Get a free audit.

    1. 1

      You tell us the problem

In your own words. No brief, no spec. We ask how the work happens today and where it goes wrong.

    2. 2

We write what it has to do

A short list of what the system must do, in plain English, for you to agree before anything is built.

    3. 3

      We map the flow

Every step from the trigger to the result, including who checks what and what happens when something fails.

    4. 4

We sketch it, then build it

You see the screens as sketches first, then working software on your real data, one piece at a time.

    Questions we get asked

Is the AI really working on its own?

For the routine work, yes: answering enquiries, drafting quotes, sending follow-ups, reordering stock. Anything that matters, like a price, a refund or a big order, waits for you to approve it. You set the rules and it follows them around the clock.

What does "trained on your business" mean?

We give it your prices, policies, past replies and the way you like things done, then test it on real examples from your business before it handles anything live.

Is this a package or a monthly retainer?

Neither. We build your system around how your business runs, from parts we already run for clients, and connect it to the tools you use. You own it.

Do we need all of it?

No. Most businesses start with the one or two parts where they lose the most money, often adverts or missed enquiries, and add the rest later. Every part works on its own and gets better when connected.

Do we have to change the tools we use?

Usually not. We connect to what you already have, such as your job system, shop, email and accounts, and only replace a tool when it's the thing holding you back.

What does "We build it for you" mean on the diagram?

Those parts aren't running for a client yet. We build them from the same pieces as the rest, and we label them honestly so you know what's proven and what's new.

What would your AI take off your desk?

Tell us what you use today and what eats your time. We'll show you which part to hand over first, and what it would take off your desk.

    Tell us what you need

    Tell us what's going wrong

One sentence is plenty. We'll match it to things we've built and show you how we'd help, in under a minute.
