The customer you've just served is your cheapest next sale
They already trust you. A review request, a referral link, a reminder when the next service is due and a well-timed email turn one job into several. It all runs on its own, so repeat work stops depending on someone remembering.

Where happy customers go quiet
- Nobody asks for the review
- The job goes well and everyone moves on. The review that would win the next customer never gets written.
- Word of mouth goes unthanked
- Friends get recommended to you, but nobody knows who sent them or rewards it, so it happens less.
- The next job is left to chance
- Annual services, refills and reorders depend on the customer remembering, so many go elsewhere.
What we build for it
Each piece has its own page with the detail. Most businesses start with one or two.
- Referral programmesA link or QR code after every job, each friend tracked to a paid invoice, checked overnight.
- AI assistantsReview requests, service reminders and follow-ups sent on schedule, with you approving anything unusual.
- Connected data and reportingRepeat rate, lifetime value and who is due back, in one view instead of five spreadsheets.
- E-commerce managementFor shops: post-purchase emails, reorder reminders and subscription offers.
How we start
- 1
Map what happens after the sale
Every message a customer gets from you after paying, and every gap where nothing happens.
- 2
Fill the gaps with the same message for everyone
Reviews asked of every customer, never only the happy ones, which breaks Google's rules and UK law.
- 3
Make recommending you easy
A personal link and a fair reward, paid only when the friend's job or order is paid and kept.
- 4
Remind them before they forget
Services, certificates, refills and reorders, timed from their last job or order.

Questions we get asked
Can I only ask happy customers for reviews?
No. Asking only the customers you expect to be happy is called review gating. Google's review policy bans it, and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 treats misleading reviews as unfair. Every customer gets the same request.
How do referral rewards avoid being abused?
A reward is earned only when the friend's invoice is paid and past the refund window. Repeat customers, shared addresses and self-referrals are checked every night, and a person approves each payout.
Will customers find reminders annoying?
Not if they're useful and rare. One reminder when a service is due, with a slot they can book, is a favour. We set the timing from their last job and let them opt out in one tap.
