One set of numbers, instead of five logins.

Sales sit in the store, ad spend in Google and Meta, costs in the accounts and stock in a spreadsheet. We join them up so you can see what actually makes money, and get told when something needs you.

Fictional figures for Skerrin, our demo shop. Profit here is before overheads and VAT.

Who this is for

A shop wants profit by product after ads and fees. A trade wants to know which jobs and which areas pay. Both need the same thing: the numbers in one place, kept up to date without anyone copying them.

What we actually do

Agree the questions first
A dashboard is only useful if it answers your questions. We start with the five you ask most, not with every number available.
Connect the sources
Your store, marketplaces, ad accounts, accounting software, job system and the spreadsheets that matter, using their official connections.
Make the numbers agree
Different systems count sales, refunds and dates differently. We reconcile them so the dashboard matches your accounts.
Alerts, not just charts
You get told when stock runs low, an ad overspends or a large invoice goes overdue, so you don't have to keep checking.
A summary in plain English
A short weekly message with what changed, what's worth a look and what's on track.

How an engagement runs

  1. Your questions

One call to list what you need to know each week and where those numbers live today.

  2. Connect

Sources connected and checked against your accounts for a past month.

  3. Dashboard and alerts

One view built around your questions, with alerts at thresholds you set.

  4. Use it, then tune it

After a month we cut what you never look at and add what you missed.

What you get

  • A list of your key questions and where each number comes from
  • Connections to your store, marketplaces, ads, accounts and spreadsheets
  • A dashboard that reconciles with your accounts
  • Alerts at thresholds you choose
  • A weekly plain-English summary
  • Documentation of every source and calculation

Everything is built in accounts you own, on tools you can keep using without us.

How the return works

Part of the return is time no longer spent gathering numbers. Most of it comes from decisions made sooner, on better figures.

Say someone spends three hours every Monday pulling numbers from five systems into a spreadsheet. That is about 13 hours a month that come back.

Say one product sells well but loses money once ad spend and returns are counted. Seeing profit after ads, product by product, is often the first time that shows up.

Worked examples with assumed figures, for illustration. We check what your current reporting costs in time before quoting.

Questions we get asked

Which tools can you connect?

Most store, marketplace, ad and accounting platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon, Google Ads, Meta, Xero and QuickBooks, plus spreadsheets. We confirm your exact tools on the first call.

Do we need to change our software?

No. The point is to join up what you already use.

How up to date is it?

Most sources update several times a day. Some, such as marketplace payouts, update less often, and the dashboard shows when each number was last refreshed.

Who can see it?

Whoever you choose. It sits in your own accounts, and you control access.

Can AI answer questions about the numbers?

Yes. The weekly summary is written by AI from the dashboard figures, and you can ask follow-up questions in plain English. It quotes the numbers it used so you can check them.

Tell us the number you can never find.

The figure you wish you had every Monday morning. We'll tell you where it comes from and how we'd put it in front of you.
