Pretty is only the start.

A website has to load fast on a phone, be found on Google, say the right thing, and count every enquiry it brings in. This is how we do each of those, what we check, and how we prove it worked.

The proof, first

Google scores every page out of 100 for speed, accessibility, best practice and search. Green is good. Here is a client site we built, tested the way your customers use it: on a phone.

Forms that don't just email you.

Most website forms send an email and hope someone reads it. Ours hand each enquiry to an AI worker that never clocks off. It checks who it's from, what they want and what it's worth, writes your team a brief, and files it where you already work. Watch one go through, or pick an enquiry and press Send yourself.

How can we help?

Boiler stopped overnight. No heating or hot water and we've got a baby at home. It's a Worcester combi, about 9 years old, showing an EA error. Can anyone come today?

Example run. The enquiries and results are made up to show the idea, and nothing leaves this page.

This is how our own contact form works: every enquiry is spam-checked, saved, briefed for us by AI and answered straight away, and anything that fails is retried automatically. Try it on our contact page. For SignalHub, a client, website leads go straight into Jobber, their job-management system.

Eight things we do that you won't see

Page speed and Core Web Vitals

Visitors on a weak phone signal see your page before they give up and go back to Google.

What we check
Google's Core Web Vitals on real phones: how fast the main content appears, how quickly taps respond, and whether the layout jumps.
What we change
Server rendering, properly sized images, fonts that don't block, and no third-party scripts that aren't earning their place.
How we measure it
PageSpeed Insights at launch, then Google's field data from real visitors in Search Console every month.

Google Business Profile

You show up when someone nearby searches for what you do, with reviews they can trust.

What we check
Categories, service area, opening hours, photos, and whether your name, address and number match everywhere.
What we change
The right primary category, a service area you actually cover, a review request after every job, and regular posts.
How we measure it
Calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile's own insights.

Copy, written and tested

More of the people who land on the site pick up the phone or fill in the form.

What we check
What customers actually search for and ask on the phone, and where visitors stop reading.
What we change
Headlines that say what you do and where, prices or ranges where you can give them, and one clear next step per page.
How we measure it
A/B tests on headlines and calls to action, judged on enquiries, not clicks.

Analytics and conversion tracking

You know which pages and which adverts bring in work, rather than guessing.

What we check
What is being tracked today, what is double-counted, and what is missing entirely.
What we change
GA4 events for calls, forms and bookings, consent handled properly, and a simple monthly report.
How we measure it
Enquiries by source and by page, matched against the jobs that actually came in.

Google Ads

Your budget goes on searches that turn into jobs, and you can see the cost of each enquiry.

What we check
Search terms you are paying for, wasted spend, locations, and whether conversions are tracked at all.
What we change
Tight keyword groups, negative keywords, ads that match the landing page, and bids set on enquiries rather than clicks.
How we measure it
Cost per enquiry and cost per booked job, reviewed every month.

Technical and local SEO

You are found for the services and towns you want, not just your own name.

What we check
Crawl errors, indexing, structured data, page titles, and which towns and services you are missing.
What we change
LocalBusiness and service schema, a page per area you serve, internal links, sitemaps and llms.txt.
How we measure it
Search Console impressions, clicks and positions for the services and towns that matter to you.

Accessibility

Everyone can use the site, including older customers and people on screen readers.

What we check
Colour contrast, keyboard navigation, form labels, alt text, and screen reader announcements.
What we change
Semantic HTML, visible focus, labelled controls, and motion that respects people's settings.
How we measure it
Automated checks on every build, plus a manual keyboard and screen reader pass before launch.

Automation and AI workers

Every enquiry arrives checked, sized up and ready to answer, even at 2am, and nobody retypes anything.

What we check
How an enquiry travels today from the website to a booked job, and where it waits, gets lost or is copied by hand.
What we change
Spam filtered out first, then a written brief, a rough value and a draft reply, landing as a lead, job or ticket in the tool you already use, for example Jobber.
How we measure it
Time from enquiry to first reply, and how many enquiries become booked jobs.

How a project runs

  1. We talk

A call about what is and isn't working. Dax reads every message personally.

  2. We plan

A written plan with scope, timeline and price before any work starts.

  3. We build

You watch progress on a live preview link, not in a slide deck.

  4. We measure

After launch we track enquiries and sales, and keep improving what moves them.

Tell us what's not working.

No pressure, no hard sell. A conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and whether we can help.
