Be the business they find, then the one they pick
New customers find you four ways now: an advert, a Google search, an answer from ChatGPT, or a video in their feed. We put you in all four, then turn the visit into an enquiry or a sale. Clicks are nice. Booked work is the point.

Three people need a heating engineer. Each looks in a different place.
Where new customers slip away
- Nobody finds you
- Not on page one, not in the AI answer, not in their feed. If they can't find you, they book whoever they find first.
- Ads pay for clicks, not work
- Without calls and bookings traced back to each advert, budget goes to whatever gets the most clicks.
- The page loses them
- Slow pages, vague prices and long forms lose visitors you've already paid to bring in.
What we build for it
Each piece has its own page with the detail. Most businesses start with one or two.
- Google Ads, managed and improved by AIAI tests the adverts and moves budget every day towards what books work. We check it every week and judge it by jobs and sales, never clicks.
- Rank higher on GoogleClimb the results for the searches that bring work, and grow the traffic that turns into enquiries.
- Be the answer in ChatGPTWhen someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI who to call, make sure it names you: clear facts, structured data and pages that answer real questions.
- Video for Facebook and Instagram, made in hoursShort adverts and posts made with AI and checked by a second AI before you post. Fresh video every week without a film crew.
- Conversion rate optimisationFind where visitors hesitate, change it, and keep only what wins more enquiries or orders.
- Lead generation for tradesEnquiries that become booked jobs automatically, with the call-back in minutes.
- Shopify and AmazonFor shops: listings, product pages and channels set up to sell, not just to exist.
How we start
- 1
See where customers come from now
Search Console, ads, calls and sales joined up, so we know what already works.
- 2
Check what search and AI say about you
The queries you should win, the competitors who win them, and whether AI assistants mention you at all.
- 3
Fix the page before buying traffic
Speed, clarity and the enquiry form first. More visitors to a leaky page is money wasted.
- 4
Spend where it books work
Ads and content aimed at the searches that turned into jobs or sales, reviewed every month.

Questions we get asked
What is answer engine optimisation (AEO)?
Making your business easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews to find, understand and quote. In practice it's clear facts on your own site, structured data, consistent listings and pages that answer real questions directly. It builds on good SEO rather than replacing it.
Can AI really run my Google Ads?
AI does the daily work: bids, budgets and testing new adverts. We set what it aims for, booked jobs and sales rather than clicks, and check it every week so it never spends on the wrong thing.
Can you make videos for Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Script, stills, voice-over, music and edit, made with AI and reviewed by a second AI before a person signs it off. A 60-second 1080p advert for our own products cost $2.50 in AI fees and about three hours.
Should I start with ads or SEO?
Usually ads first, on a small budget, because they show within weeks which searches turn into work. SEO takes months but keeps paying. We use what the ads teach us to choose which pages to build.
How do you measure it?
By enquiries, booked jobs and sales, traced to the search, advert or page that produced them. Clicks and rankings are only a guide along the way.
