Your old customer list is work you've already paid for
Every past customer cost you an advert, a quote and a visit to win, and most never hear from you again. We bring them back with the right message for each one, by text, email or a handwritten letter, and book the replies straight into your diary. It's the quickest work you'll ever win.

Past customers sit in a job system, a spreadsheet and an inbox, with duplicates.
Why old customers drift away
- The list is a mess
- Customers are spread across a job system, an old spreadsheet, a phone and an inbox, with duplicates and gaps.
- Everyone gets the same blast
- A newsletter to the whole list says nothing to the person whose boiler is now ten years old.
- Replies go nowhere
- When someone does answer, nobody books it in quickly, so the moment passes.
What we build for it
Each piece has its own page with the detail. Most businesses start with one or two.
- AI data handlingOld lists merged, cleaned and de-duplicated, so every customer is one record with their full history.
- AI assistantsReplies answered and booked into your diary, day or night, with you approving anything unusual.
- Connected data and reportingWho came back, from which message, and what it was worth.
- Process efficiencyThe reactivation run set up once and repeated each season, not rebuilt by hand.
What your old list could be worth
An estimate, worked out in the open. Change any assumption and the sum redoes itself.
- Estimated work from one run
- £9,408
- Customers contacted
- 840
- Estimated jobs or orders
- 34
How we got there: 1,200 customers × 70% contactable = 840. × 4% who book again = 34, × £280 = £9,408.

How we start
- 1
Gather every list into one
Job system, spreadsheets, accounts software and inboxes, merged and de-duplicated.
- 2
Split by what they bought and when
Service due, equipment ageing, past big spenders, one-off buyers: each group gets its own reason to come back.
- 3
Pick the channel for each group
A text for a quick booking, an email with detail, a handwritten letter for your most valuable customers.
- 4
Answer and book every reply
Replies land in one place and are booked straight into your diary, so none go cold.

Questions we get asked
What is database reactivation?
Contacting customers who haven't bought from you in a while, with a reason to come back that fits what they bought before. For a trade that might be a service reminder or an upgrade on ageing equipment; for a shop, a reorder or a new range.
Is it legal to message old customers?
Usually, with care. UK rules (PECR) allow marketing texts and emails to existing customers about similar products if they were given the chance to opt out when they bought and in every message since. Post has fewer restrictions. We check how your list was collected before anything is sent.
Why handwritten letters?
They get opened. For a small group of high-value past customers, a real letter stands out in a way a text can't. We use them sparingly, where the value of one returning customer justifies it.
How many past customers do I need?
A few hundred is enough to be worth it. The estimate on this page shows the sum with your own numbers.
