Sell more on Amazon, and keep more of what you sell.
Amazon rewards sellers who get the details right: listings, stock, ads and account health. We handle those details and report on profit after fees, not just sales.

Who this is for
Brands adding Amazon to their own store and sellers who started on Amazon face different problems, so we treat them separately.

Brands adding Amazon
You sell from your own website and want Amazon as a channel without it taking over.
- Seller Central setup and Brand Registry
- Listings adapted from your own product pages
- Pricing that protects your own site's margin
- FBA or own fulfilment, decided on the numbers

Amazon-first sellers
Amazon is most of your revenue, and growth has stalled or margins are shrinking.
- Listing audits against your top competitors
- Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns
- FBA stock planning to avoid stockouts and storage fees
- Account health, suppressed listings and case handling
What we actually do
- Listings that rank and sell
- Titles, bullet points, images and backend search terms written from what buyers search for and what they ask in reviews and questions. With Brand Registry, A+ content and a brand store as well.
- Advertising to a profit target
- Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns split by product and intent, with a target cost per sale set from your margin after Amazon's fees. Search terms reviewed weekly and wasted spend cut.
- Stock that keeps you selling
- Running out on Amazon costs sales and ranking, and too much stock in FBA costs storage fees. We plan replenishment from sales speed and supplier lead times, and watch your inventory limits.
- Account health
- We monitor performance metrics, policy warnings and suppressed listings, and handle cases with Seller Support so small problems do not turn into suspensions.
- Brand protection
- Brand Registry setup, monitoring for hijackers and unwanted listing changes, and reporting infringements through Amazon's own tools.
- Profit, not just sales
- Monthly reporting on sales, ad spend, Amazon fees and margin per product, so you can see which products make money and which only keep the account busy.

How the return works
On Amazon, sales are easy to see and profit is not. Fees, advertising and storage come out before you are paid, so we judge every change on margin per unit.
Take a product selling at £25, ignoring VAT for simplicity. After a referral fee of around 15% and an FBA fee of, say, £3.50, about £17.75 is left. If it costs £7 to make and ship in, that leaves £10.75 before advertising.
If ads cost £4 per sale on average, profit per unit is £6.75. Cut that to £3 by removing wasted search terms and the same 500 sales a month make £500 more profit, without a single extra sale.
A stockout on a best seller costs the sales while it is out, and often the ranking it took months to build. Planning replenishment from lead times is one of the cheapest ways to protect Amazon revenue.
Worked examples with assumed figures, for illustration. Amazon's fees vary by category, size and programme, so we rebuild the sums from your own Seller Central reports before recommending changes.
Questions we get asked
Which Amazon marketplaces do you work with?
We work with sellers on Amazon UK and can help when you expand to European marketplaces or the US. Each marketplace has its own fees, rules and competitors, so we plan expansion product by product.
Should we use FBA or fulfil orders ourselves?
It depends on product size, price, sales speed and your own warehouse costs. FBA makes products Prime-eligible, but storage and fulfilment fees can wipe out the margin on slow or bulky products. We work it out per product.
Do we need Brand Registry?
If you own your brand, yes. It needs a registered trademark, or in some cases a pending application, and gives you A+ content, a brand store, Sponsored Brands ads and better tools against hijackers and unwanted listing changes.
Can you help with a suspended account or listing?
We can help prepare a plan of action and handle the case with Seller Support. We cannot guarantee reinstatement, and nobody honest can. Preventing problems through account health monitoring is far easier than fixing them.
Will Amazon take sales from our own website?
It can, if pricing and range are not planned. We set prices that protect your own site, and some brands keep certain products or bundles for their own store. Some Amazon shoppers would never have found your site, so the channel can add customers rather than move them.
