From invisible online to found all over London.

Great engineers, happy customers, and almost nobody finding them on Google. No proper Business Profile, adverts nobody could measure and a website that hid them. So we rolled up our sleeves and built them a marketing engine from the ground up.

Stage 1Where they started

They were brilliant at the work and invisible online. No marketing know-how, no outreach, and no time to learn it between jobs. Here's what we found on day one.

The starting point, measured

  • Not one click from anyone who didn't already know the business name
  • Over half the visitors came from paid ads, and nobody could say which ads paid
  • Zero enquiries tracked. Calls, messages and forms all went uncounted
  • Five area pages that were the same page with the town name swapped
  • 12 to 16 seconds to load on a phone, long enough for a customer to ring a rival
  • A Business Profile that was half filled in, and no listings anywhere else

Stage 2On the map

When someone's got a problem at home, they search, glance at the map and ring whoever looks most trustworthy. So that's where we started: making sure they're on that map, and look like the obvious choice.

  • A Business Profile rebuilt from the ground up, so they appear when people nearby search for what they do
  • Real photos of real jobs, and every review answered, so they look like the obvious choice
  • A steady stream of fresh posts and new reviews, which is what keeps a profile climbing
  • The same details on every map and directory that matters, Google and Bing included, so search engines trust them

Stage 3A site that sells

A pretty website doesn't pay the bills. Booked jobs do. We rebuilt theirs as a funnel: every page walks a visitor one step closer to picking up the phone. The full build story is in our website case study.

  • A page for every service and every area they cover, so each search lands on a page that answers it
  • Built around how their customers like to get in touch, with the quickest route always one tap away
  • Every enquiry lands in their job system with the visit already booked. Nobody has to retype a thing
  • Tested on real visitors, so changes are decided by customers, not guesses

Stage 4Every enquiry counted

Before, they were spending on ads blind. Now every enquiry is counted and traced back to its source, so the budget goes where the jobs are.

  • Every call, message and form counted, so the ads learn what a real enquiry looks like
  • Ad campaigns rebuilt so the budget goes to the work that pays best
  • Every enquiry traced back to where it came from, right inside their job system
  • Privacy handled properly, so the tracking is something they never have to worry about

Stage 6Work that never stops

Visibility isn't a one-off job. Rankings slip the moment you stop, and rivals don't sit still. So we never stop: behind the scenes there's a steady rhythm of work keeping them ahead, while they get on with the jobs.

Every week

  • Rankings checked across dozens of local searches
  • Fresh Business Profile posts and new reviews
  • Updates sent out to Google, Bing and the rest

Every month

  • Rivals watched: what they rank for and where they're weak
  • Ad spend reviewed against the enquiries it brings
  • Site health checked and anything broken fixed

As we learn

  • New pages built from what customers really search for
  • Pages and offers tuned from what visitors actually do
  • New areas and services added as they grow

Stage 7Results

Three weeks after launch, Google is showing them more than eight times as often, for seven times as many local searches, and higher up the page every week. More eyes, better placed, on a site built to turn them into booked jobs. That's how sales grow.
