1) Payment Clearance, Card Dispatch:

We accept a variety of payment methods, and each takes a different amount of time to clear.

Nochex	Instantaneous credit card and debit card fund clearance (see http://www.nochex.co.uk) Our prefered method: This is completely free!
Paypal	Instantaneous fund clearance. Our 2nd prefered method: This is completely free!
Cheques	Our bank takes up to 7-10 days for cheque clearance - exceptions may be made if you have a trusted user account on our site. Please print and include your invoice or a note listing all item numbers of the auctions you have won along with your return address.
Postal Orders	Your order will be dispatched the same day as PO receipt, please print and include your invoice or a note listing all item numbers of the auctions you have won along with your return address.
Cash	Not recommended and sent at your own risk. If you choose this method please wrap notes inside a sheet or two of A4 paper and tape coins down securely. We would recommending sending by Recorded Delivery.
Credit Cards	Please make payment using NOCHEX or Paypal as above.

We accept payment securely via Nochex (Credit cards and debit cards), Paypal or via Cheque/Postal Orders:

Packages are dispatched First Class around 2 - 3 working days after fund clearance, (usually sooner). To track your order with Playables.com, access your account here, where you can follow your order status up to the point it is dispatched to the Post Office. Unless you request some form of Signed Delivery, or Insurance, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your cards in a timely manner through Royal Mail.

Royal Mail suggests that an allowance of 10 days should be given for First Class delivery, but most UK post arrives within 48 hours of sending.

2) Posting Options:

Our standard shipping method is 'First Class' via Royal Mail, however you can Upgrade your Shipping to a more reliable and guaranteed method - which we recommend strongly for higher value items.

We offer a free Recorded Delivery Upgrade for orders over £50, and a free Special Next Day Delivery Upgrade for singles orders over £100. We also give you £1.00 money back when you order over £20.00 of cards if you pay via Nochex (that's Free Shipping!)

UK First Class (Standard)	No Insurance provided, delivery usually within 48 hours of dispatch.
Recorded Delivery	Insurance cover of up to £28, delivery usually within 48 hours of dispatch. A Signature is required on arrival of the package.
Special Delivery	Insurance cover of up to £250, delivered by 12.30pm the following day and a signature is required on arrival of the package.
Outside UK	Most items arrive within 7 days.

3) Secure Packaging:

All of our cards are sent in stiff padded envelopes, protected by both randomly selected commons and a cardsleeve. All of this is wrapped in your invoice, so you also have a paper trail of the cards you ordered.

4) Postage Cost:

All of our UK orders incur a one-off, £1.00 handling charge.
Heavier items like boxes, or 15+ card repacks may have small additional costs associated - all the costs will be displayed clearly before you actually pay for your items.

(Handling charge is £1.50 for Europe, £2.30 US / Rest of World.

Our Checkout process automatically calculates the Postage cost before you submit payment so you don't have to!

5) Refunds and Returns:
We will accept back into stock any sealed product that has been returned in a saleable condition for any reason within 7 days of receipt - as long as the original invoice is returned with your package with the reason for return. We will only take back Boosters and other sets of random cards if they are unopened.

When returning items for refund, please contact us first. We recommend that all returns are made using Recorded Delivery so you know that we have actually received them.
